YOUR ROLE
We are now looking for a new colleague in our Business support team where you will take the lead of the RFQ and tender process. The Business Support team consists of four colleagues that work closely together and collaborate on a daily basis. You will coordinate the daily tasks connected with sales support such as RFQ and tenders together with the Business Unit Manager (BUM) and sales team. You will also take the responsibility of coordinate the market activities together with the sales manager and Business Areas managers.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
RFQ/Tender
- Secure an effective and streamlines RFQ and tender process through the NTEX organisation
- Make sure we deliver a professional RFQ and Tender proposal towards customers within stated deadlines
- Engage the RFQ team and manage and delegate the tasks around the RFQ process
- Follow up the result and analyse the outcome
Marketing
- Coordinate marketing activities; coordinate newsletters, traffic information and news.
- Drive market campaigns and sales leads.
- Coordinate digital and social channels for Swedish market
- Coordinate regular customer surveys and follow up and share the result and outcome.
- Assist with sales activities for special events, such as sales conferences, exhibitions and give aways.
YOUR PROFILE
You have experience from sales and marketing in an international organization, preferably within the logistics field. You have a positive mind set and enjoy collaborating and to engage your colleagues. You have great communication skills, both verbal and written. You are self-driven and determined to always create added value and to solve problems and challenges. To succeed in this role, you have to be proactive, structured and always looking for efficiencies in what you do. You are an analytical and flexible team-player and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.
